Out of our ten acres, one is extra special. When our daughter, Ava, was 5 years old, she frolicked through the property and kissed an acre worth of trees. That day, it was renamed Ava's Acre, and each year it produces the most bold and rich olives in California. These olives make a special kind of olive oil: one made with the love of family in every bottle.
